Gary Rohan is now a Geelong player, while Ryan Clarke has joined Sydney.
Rohan was traded to Geelong on Wednesday and Clarke to Sydney after the Cats, Swans and North agreed to terms on a trade.
Geelong gave up pick 61 for Rohan, which was then on-traded from Sydney to North Melbourne for Clarke.
Rohan struggled to find the same influence in 2018, playing 11 games in the seniors and five in the reserves.
He has signed a two-year deal with the Cats, ending his time at Sydney having played 106 games for 96 goals.
Clarke cemented his spot in the back half for North Melbourne this season, playing 19 games and averaging 20 disposals a game.
