Triple M Footy news breaker Damian Barrett says Richmond’s Jacob Townsend could be moving to St Kilda.
“Jacob Townsend will be seeking a new footy home, as we’ve known for some time,” Damo said on AFL Trade Radio.
“And I’m told it’s St Kilda who is showing the major interest in him.
“There’s a meeting teed up for that to be thrashed out, but there are other clubs interested in him.”
Townsend — who won a flag with Richmond last year — is out of contract at the end of this year and is said to be seeking more opportunity.
The 25-year-old managed just 10 games for the Tigers this year, and has played 47 across seven seasons with Richmond and GWS.
