Due to the massive success of the inaugural A Hitch to The Sticks event in March this year, the festival is BACK in October with some huge names among amazing local talent set to perform on the bill.
The event will see festival organiser, Dallas Frasca, bringing a coach of 50 passengers to the North East to explore a treasure trove of places, hidden gems and hangouts from Friday the 12th to Sunday the 14th of October. And the great news for locals is that there's a bunch of public events for us to enjoy as well! The Saturday of the festival will see Jebediah, Killing Heidi, Tim Rogers and more take the stage in Wangaratta's Apex Park, while on Sunday at Mohyu Hotel you've got the chance to see industy icon Kate Ceberano.
Pip caught up with Dallas to find out how the festival came into being, the amazing local places and musicians the festival will shine a light on, and the ridiculously affordable price of tickets.
