Hobart's biggest mystery?

$680,000 still unclaimed

Hobart's biggest mystery?
This could be Hobart's biggest mystery!
Over $680,000 has been won by someone in TASMANIA, however they're yet to come forward to claim their share in the Tattslotto first division prize from the weekend.

Tatts say they are "yet to hear the winning scream of delight from the mystery TattsLotto player" with the winning ticket purchased from West Hobart Express, on Hill Street, Hobart West.

The division one winning ticket was not registered to a Tatts Card, so Tatts officials have no way of contacting the winner with the dream-come-true news, so they may be completely unaware they are now $684,957.29 richer!

The mystery Hobart winner was one of six winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 3767 on Saturday 27 August.

Tatts spokesperson Bronnie Spencer said she was eager to confirm the division one news with Hobart’s newest division one winner and urged all TattsLotto players to check their tickets as soon as possible.

“Our winner could be a Hobart local or someone who was just passing through. Either way, I’m sure they’d love to discover they’re now $684,957.29 richer!” she exclaimed.

“You may not think it’s possible that you could be the division one winner we’re searching for, but if you purchased an unregistered entry in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw that you haven’t checked yet, you’re in with a chance!

“We’re urging all TattsLotto players to check their entries as soon as possible and if you discover you are holding the division one winning ticket to contact Tatts on 131 868 to begin the process of claiming your prize.

“The six winning numbers you’re looking for to win division one in TattsLotto draw 3767 on Saturday 26 August are 45, 20, 11, 38, 27 and 15.”

Minita Steenberg, owner of West Hobart Express, said she was excited to have sold a winning division one entry.

“Wow! It is so exciting! We are a really lucky store today!” she exclaimed and “We’ve been telling our customers to check their tickets as we don’t know who the winner is and it could be them!

“We hope they come forward soon to claim their prize.”

Tassie has been doing well this year with The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 275 so far this calendar year, including six Tatts customer from Tasmania.
